As many of you know Sunday is Slade family day. It is our designated day where we hang out together as a family. Today after church we went up the canyon and hiked up to some small waterfalls Josh came across the other week. We had a lot of fun. I forgot Jack's shoes but Josh had to carry him the whole trail anyway because it was steep and narrow. Sophia did great, and so did I for being just about 8 months pregnant. Once we made it to the top Sophia and Jack had a great time playing on the rocks and throwing things into the water. On the way home Josh stopped at a bait, ammo and liquor store to take my picture. What was great was in the back of the store there was a woman drinking a 2 litre of pepsi. We should have gotten a picture of that as well. We also took the kids to the park, but by then Jack was done and started to have a major meltdown. I tried to put all the pictures on a slide show but everytime I post it someone else's pictures show up so here are a few pictrues from our day. Thank you Daddy for a wonderful Slade family day.

Looks like you all had a great time. What a great idea for your Sundays. I am trying to get that going for us but we haven't been very consistant at it yet. I can't beleive you went hiking so pregnant. You look great. ps try the new slide show programs on my site it is so easy and will post to your blog without you having to paste in the code. What a fun day. I think you guys come up with some great mini adventures and memories. I can't believe you did it that far in the pregnancy!!
Slade family day looks awesome! I am really hoping we will still be able to come next month for spring break. Then we can have one big Josh and Bryant Slade family week! Sweet! I will find out on Thursday when my surgery is, so we will let y'all know something then. By the way, you are looking great Melissa! Only 45 days to go!
I love the Bait-Ammo-Liquor sign. Classic! What a fun Sunday. In the picture of you in front of the sign you don't even look pregnant. How is it that you accomplish that?
Sophia, it looks like you have some great climbing skills!! You too Jack, even without shoes.
How fun! I am so jealous of your weather. I can't wait for it to warm up here so we can do some outdoorsy stuff.
